When Emi picked Scarlett up, needless to say she was surprised and was going to make a comment about the short visit before deciding against it. It probably didn't end well. However, she definitely made sure to text Dick and Wally both about her little "surprise" that was coming to the mansion. Oh yes. A BIG surprise.


Wally had been pretty bummed ever since Emi left. He expected this, if she had ever found out about her wiped memories. So when she up and left one day... he had it coming. He had tried not to worry too much about her those past couple of months, but it was hard. Really hard. Only thing that really helped was that Scarlett no longer hated his guts- that was Emi's job. Also, he and Dick were finally normal and best friends again, despite everything.

Then he got the text from Scarlett that afternoon about showing up at the Wayne Mansion and he couldn't help to be skeptical about this "surprise". Oh well, he had nothing to lose, right?

"Sorry about the short notice," Emi appologized to Scarlett who was sitting in the back as Asami pulled up on the road leading to the big mansion atop of the hill.


Dick had been notified as well, and of course it was fine that she, and um "the suprise" came to the mansion. It was just him home as Alfred was with Bruce on a boring Wayne Industries foundation. He hated attending those so he had stayed home to just do wome work out. However, now he was fresh showered and awaiting Scarlett. He knew Wally would be comming too, but that was about it.

"No, no, its fine. I didn't really have anything else to do anyway," Scarlett told her. Well, she was texting her new boyfriend, but he understood her...busy lifestyle. Well, she also had a little bombshell of her own to tell the boys. Maybe she should wait. They might not make it through the first surprise.


Wally arrived first and he knocked on the door to the manor, kinda feeling a little impatient. Something about this "surprise" wasn't sitting right with him. He just couldn't shake the weird feeling he had.

"Well. If you say so. But how've you been?" Emi asked, not really knowing much about her, or well anything since she left. Actually she felt like she didn't know Scarlett too good before that either. She hadn't known her for too long.

Asami smiled and listened to them, trying to get to know Emi's friends was nice. And Scarlett seemed like a really nice person.


Dick went over and opened the door, not surprised to see Wally there first. "Seen Scarlett yet?" He asked, letting him inside. He wasn't sure wether Wally had any clue what this surprise could be about or not.

"I've been okay, I guess. School is fine. I also just got a boyfriend," Scarlett smiled as she thought about it. "But I JUST started to go out with him, so please don't say anything to Dick or Wally yet. They don't know."


"No, not yet. Something about 'a big surprise' and 'hope we're sitting' when we see it," Wally shrugged, hands in his pockets. "No idea, dude."

"Don't worry. We won't. But congratioulations! Who is he?" Emi asked, wondering if it was someone she knew. Since she did know most students at Gotham Acadamy.


Dick shrugged. "Well, she should be here soon," He said, guessing her parents would drive her. However, what he wouldn't expect were for Asami and Emi to drive up in their car.

"His name is Gabriel Diaz. He just moved to Gotham and goes to Gotham Academy with me and Dick. He's actually a little older," Scarlett admitted, rubbing her neck with a little blush.


"Guess so. D-Do I look okay?" Wally asked, wondering if he was too dressed down in his t-shirt, overshirt, ripped pants, and sneakers.

"How old is he?" Asami asked, seeing her blush from the mirror as she looked back.

"Turn here," Emi told her, and Asami pulled up to the road leading up to the mansion.


"Sure? You realize Scar physically can't see what you're wearing, right?" Dick pointed out.

"Um, 18," Scarlett replied. Well, he wasn't THAT much older. She was almost 16 and he was just two years older. Just like them and Wally.


"Its not Scar I'm worried about," Wally told him. Yeah, he didn't wanna explain he wanted to look nice for Emi, since he still loved and cared about her, but still. It had been a couple of months since he saw her and wanted to look presentable.

"Well, don't worry. Your secret's safe with us," Emi promised. If Scar didn't want to tell Wally and Dick now then she should feel free to tell them whenever she was ready.

That was when Asami pulled up infront of the big house. "Wow. You wern't kidding when you said they lived extravagant." She commented. It wasn't like she wasn't used to it. She too came from a rich family.

After parking the car, all three of them got out. Asami grabbed Emi's hand. "After you," She said since both she and Scarlett knew the people living here and she was just a guest. 


Dick didn't reply as he heard a car pull up outside the mansion. "That must be them."
