Riverdale (Open Girls!)

Introduction
“Our story is about a town, a small town, and the people who live in the town. From a distance, it presents itself like so many other small towns all over the world: safe, decent, innocent. Get closer, though, and you start seeing the shadows underneath. The name of our town is Riverdale."

"Our story begins, I guess, with what the Blossom twins did this summer. On the Fourth of July, just after dawn, Jason and Cheryl Blossom drove out to Sweetwater River for an early morning boat ride.The next thing we know happened for sure is that Dilton Doiley, who was leading Riverdale's Boy Scout Troop on a bird watching expedition, came upon Cheryl by the river's edge. Riverdale Police dragged Sweetwater River for Jason's body, but never found it. So a week later, the Blossom family buried an empty casket and Jason's death was ruled an accident, as the story that Cheryl told made the rounds. That Cheryl dropped a glove in the water, and Jason reached down to get it, and accidentally tipped the boat, and panicked, and drowned.
As for us, we were still talking about the "July Fourth tragedy" on the last day of summer vacation, when a new mystery rolled into town."

Kevin Keller
Kevin is a sophomore at Riverdale High School and the best friend of Betty Cooper.
Along with that, he has become Veronica's G.B.F. (gay best friend). Kevin also struggles
with his sexuality, as he doesn't have the same options as his friends do. Because of this,
it often causes Kevin to act recklessly at times.
Cheryl Blossom
"Rich, entitled and never accountable. Cheryl Blossom is a manipulative
mean girl who kills with kindness, she recently lost her twin brother in a

Family: Alice Cooper (adopted mother), Hal Cooper (adopted father),
Polly Cooper (adopted sister), Betty Cooper (adopted sister)
Juliet Cooper is the young sister of 16 year old Betty Cooper and 18 year old Polly Cooper. Like her sisters, she's blonde, fair skinned, and always kept under the watchful eye of their overbearing mother, Alice. However, even being pampered to the point of throwing up, Juliet is very bubbly and positive. She is the "glass half full" type, always wanting to see the good in others. It is her most charming feature as well as her greatest weakness, as it could make her be naive to some things around her. People around her believe that to be a false front she puts up, that she is actually as cunning and as smart as her mother. It was only half the truth. Juliet was very cunning and clever indeed, but she felt like if she explored that..."darkness" within, it'd swallow her whole. Turn her into something she would hate. She's always felt it, a little darkness inside of her.
Otherwise, Juliet is just like every other teenager in America. She wore her hair in a perfect braid across her shoulder, liked to wear pastel pink, loved kittens and babies, and she liked a certain beanie wearing boy that she always saw hanging out with her sister's best friend. Now she could possibly see him more now that she was going to finally embark on life's next obstacle; high school. She would be a Freshman this upcoming August at Riverdale High and could be with her sister and her friends. Yes, it was scary, but she was excited to start this new chapter in her life.

Juliet's past is truly a history. Unbeknownst to her, she was actually adopted. Her real mother was a woman named Miranda Winchester, a member of the gang of Riverdale's infamous south-side known as the South Side Serpents. Miranda and Alice had been friends when Alice had been in the gang in her youth. That is, until Miranda had gone down a darker path and practically dropped off the face of the Earth for years and years. That is, until Alice found little Juliet wrapped in pink blanket inside of a basket on her front porch with a note from Miranda explaining everything. Wanting to protect Juliet from this knowledge, she asked Hal and an older Polly to not say anything to Juliet. To keep it a secret from her, for her own protection.
With Polly knowing the truth the whole time and Juliet being in the dark, Juliet still lived a very wholesome life. She did ballet after school every day, performed in recitals and school talent shows, just being happy and as healthy as her maternal mother would want her to be. The little one always hung out with Betty and her friends, Archie Andrews and Jughead Jones. Sometimes, though, she felt very left out. As if there was no way to penetrate the invisible bubble the three made for themselves. It was like that until the recent summer where Archie went to work with his dad and Jughead had kind of...drifted from them. Not seeing Jughead really made Juliet upset, but of course she couldn't let anyone know. If Alice knew she was crushing on a kid from the southside, hell would reign down on the Cooper household. But everything will become clear these next couple of months.
Her Knight in Rugged Cotton and Leather...

Family: Lee Tyler (mother), Mitch Tyler (father)
Rebecca "Lynx" Tyler grew up on the other side of the tracks and apart of the biker gang "The Southside Serpents". Like them, she is surly, moody, could care less about school or even the Northside. However, as crude and rude as she could be, she is nice to a fault. Her mother, a beautiful woman that does by the nickname "the Doc", is the unofficial doctor of the Serpents. How she came to that is a different story. However, Doc is a nice woman and she would do anything for her daughter and Lynx was the same. Her mother meant a lot to her, as did the Serpents. Loyalty was everything. Screw what other people say or do. The female feline was a heart breaker. A lot of the younger serpents liked her, but she liked to play hard to get with her men. Lets just say she's independent, too, and don't need a man in her life. Not after the traumatic experience her own father put her and her mother through. The only men she really trusted was FP, the leader of the Serpents. Also, her best friend, Cheshire. The two were partners in crime and caused a lot of mischief throughout the Serpent's bar, the Whyte Wyrm. Also as mischievous as Lynx was, she was also cunning and quick on her feet. She could pickpocket someone, flirt her way into anywhere, and think of the quickest escape plan better than anyone in the entire gang.

Lynx's back story is a little messy, and it all begins with her mother graduating medical school and coming there to work in a hospital on Riverdale's northside. When she arrived, her mother, Lee, ended up taking a wrong turn in the southside near Ghoulie territory. They almost got the best of her when Lynx's father, Mitch, came and pretty much helped her. The rest is history. They got married a year later, had Lynx a year after that, and they were going to live happily ever after...or so they both wished. You see, Mitch had a little drinking problem. His brethren in the Southside Serpents knew that, too. They couldn't stop him, since a lot of them were functioning alcoholics. Lee, however, tried to help her husband. She thought becoming part of the Serpents and being with her husband and child would bring the family closer. In aspect, it made Mitch more angry. He drank more, got into more fights, and then finally did the unthinkable: he about damn killed Lee until some of the Serpents busted into their trailer and stopped him. FP stripped him of his jacket then and banished him from the Serpents and vowed to Lee that the Serpents would take care of both her and Lynx. Serpents would never, ever lay a hand on a woman. So that was how Lynx became apart of the Serpents and how she would never depend on a man for anything.

History: Anna's mother died in a car crash when 8 leaving just her dad and her older brother Alec. Both of her parents were from Riverdale until when they moved away for a short time and live a different life, but since the death of her mom took an effect on her and her family, they decided to go back to see some old friends like the Serpents and continue on the serpent life. Also revealing the secret of her mother's car accident possibly might be not just an accident.
Personality: She used to be sweet and down to earth, until after recent events she decided to shut her feelings out. She stays quiet and try to show like she doesn't care anymore like she used to. Besides being old friends with some friends at Riverdale who still remember her and her brother, she just has a lot of secrets kept in her that she wish she can trust someone with them, but at the same time knows she can only trust herself.

Family: Richard Cordova (father) and Alec Cordova (older brother)

Personality: Alec has been through a lot after his mother's death and the changes of his dad's behavior due to losing their mother. Not to mention watching over Anna most of the time since she's going through a lot. He has the older brother vibe and mature personality but, also the opposite of what Anna is. He hides some stuff, but it's easy for him to be popular with other people and get accustomed to the life he's living in.
History: Being the older brother of a family who's coming back to Riverdale. Alec has experience some stuff when it came to his dad change of behavior and his little sister suffering without even showing it. When he lived in Riverdale around the time he was good friends with Archie and Jughead since when they were kids, now he's not so sure if they are going to remember him or if he's going to be enjoying the life he has. Age: 16 turning 17
Family: Kevin Keller (younger twin brother) Tom Keller (aka. Sheriff Keller) Mother (unknown)
Biography: Jessica is the twin sister of Kevin. Older by 12 minutes. Just like Kevin she grew up in Riverdale, together with their father, Tom Keller. Their mother decided to leave them sometime when they were still very young. Neither of them really does remember, and their dad never talks about it. Jessica grew up alongside the Cooper family, and they have obviously been very close friends ever since they were little kids and went to kinder garden together.
Riverdale’s a small city, so they know most of the people. There’s the Mayor’s family, the Blossoms… Even the one’s who’re on the south side with the serpents…
Jessica and Kevin were always close, not in the way of looking exactly the same like most twins, but being each others best friends. This caused Kevin to, as he turned 14, be brave enough to come out as gay, at least to his sister, who was very supportive of him. However, she respected him to tell their friends and their father when he was ready.
Being daddy’s girl and more into sports than Kevin ever was she’s the star striker of the school soccer team. However, she never cared to spend all her time with the “jocks”. Instead Jessi hung out with her brother and some close friends. Some from her soccer team, and some who were into other things, like music, writing or art. After spending so much time with her brother Jessi fits in both among the boys and the girls, which makes her feel great.
Personality: Just like Kevin is outgoing and charismatic. She’s not afraid to give her honest opinion and is a loyal friend who knows how to keep a secret. Unlike her brother Jessica doesn’t struggle with her sexuality, but is pretty confident in what she wants and how she feels. Jessi is, what most would say, more mature than Kevin and is always there to make sure he doesn’t get his feet wet.
As she’s the older sibling she has a natural leader role and is therefore also team captain of the soccer team. Unlike her brother is more into sports than fashion, but she’s still in to dress up whenever there’s a party going on, her brother being first to tell her EXACTLY what she looks good in.
