When Carter and Dick got to the garden, they saw that the royal couple already beat them.

To be a smartass, Carter curtsied low towards the ground. "Your esteemed majesties. Thank you for meeting us common folk for all outing," she said in a really bad accent.

Wally just rolled his eyes were a laugh. "Seriously?"

"Hey, that was better than your accent," Sky said, after covering her laughs. Honestly none of them really pulled of the Irish accent.

Dick laughed again after seeing Wally's look after that remark. This was nice. Them just being able to act normal. Well, as normal as an outing in a royal garden could be with guards at the corners of it. Thankfully they were quite far away as the garden was BIG, but still. Made you feel even more important than being just at Wayne mannor.

The table was set for all of them, it was nice, definitely over average, but not to the point where it felt uncomfortably luxury. It was like... A fancy barbecue Dick would say. And they had like some games and all that stuff.

"This is pretty nice," Carter admitted as she walked around to look at everything.

"Yeah, it's pretty swanky," Wally said, having checked it out before they arrived.

"Yeah, I think even Bruce might have been jealous," Dick joked, checking out the grill. Everything was sort of taken out and prepared, but they had left the grill for them since the King and Queen asked them to not finish everything. To be able to do stuff yourself and not have everything made for you was something they both wanted, to feel more normal.

Dick turned the grill up a bit, grabbing some of the meat that was prepared. "So you ready to see the grill-master?" He teased. He loved a good barbecue and they had done quite a few at Bruce place when he grew up so he was pretty good at it if he said so himself, even if it probably wasn't above average.

Sky giggled. "Grill-master, huh? Now my expectations are very high," she teased back as she walked over to mix some sallad by the table. Most of the other food were prepared and not much needed to be done other than open the lids to everything and so on.

"Don't listen to him, babe. Let's not forget about the time when he nearly caused a fire at the beach," Wally teased his best bud.

Carter just sat on the sidelines, going to help if they need it.

Dick rolled his eyes. "Oh ha ha. If you're so good at it, why don't you show how it's done?" Dick challenged. They could see which one of them were the best grill-master.

"No, no, I wouldn't want to get in the way of the"Grill Master "," Wally teased.


"Hey, Sky, what game you wanna play first?" Carter asked after getting up to see what kinda games they had. She figured she could set some up while the food was cooking.

"Fine," Dick scoffed. "How do you want yours?" He asked the others.

"Well done, please," Sky said, sitting down across from Carter. This was nice. Doing normal stuff. Well somewhat.

(So, when do you want to do the moment with Damon??)

"You know how I like it!"

"Oh I bet he does," Wally teased, wiggling his eyebrows.

(Well, I am thinking the kiss think could happen earlier and then then him compellingly her to forget about him maybe after a few weeks. I kinda wanna do some struggling in Sky and Wally's relationship first)

Dick gave his best friend a look as he flipped the meat. "Oh how I missed your dirty remarks." He teased back.
