BROKEN [YJ/TT RPG -BFFs Only]

Jackie was also kinda snooping around the place. It was actually really cool in there. It must've been a lot nicer before the end of the world happened. She recalled Wally saying this used to be a home to two of their friends and a home away from home for them. A lot of memories must've happened there. Speaking of, she walked by an old picture that was somehow still clinging from the rusty nail in the wall. It was covered in dust, but when she blew on it, the picture fell and she caught it with her tail in the last second.

She sighed out in relief, her black eyes narrowing as she brought it up to look at it. When she grabbed it and her tail disappeared, glancing around to make sure no one saw her do that, she wiped off the dust and saw a group of six teens. Two of them she recognized as Wally and Dick in the front, both holding peace signs up like the goofballs they were. To Dick's right was Kaldur, who looked a lot less scary than he did now. Next to him behind the younger boys was a green girl floating and held her arms around a more attractive boy's neck. The boy she was clinging onto had a black t-shirt on with a Superman logo on it and he wasn't smiling that much.

Jackie then looked to the girl on the very left with a small Mona Lisa smile and she recognized her from a picture that Jade had shown her. That was Artemis, the girl they were looking for. "Wow..." They all looked so happy and carefree. It was kinda sad that all of that came to an end. "Maybe they would like this picture..." She then turned and looked for the boys.


"Alright, you do that," Wally nodded to her, giving her a wave before the door closed. He looked at Dick then. "You okay? You're quiet."

As Brooke was snooping she heard some weird notice comming from one of the boxes. "What's that noice?" She wispered to herself. She pressed her ear against the box to try and make out the muffled sound. She saw a hole in the box and peeked her eye threw.

"Ahhhh!" She let out a scream and moved back when the thing in the box launched for her. It was now clear what that noice came from. A crazie.

"You! What are you doing here?!" A patroler had of course heard her scream and ran over, while the two other alerted came from the other end.

Brooke felt a strong masquline hand grab her arm and pull her towards him. "Hey! It's you! You little bitch will get it this time!" The man spat at her. Brooke recognized him. It was the guy who's eye she had totally given a blue one. The man got his knife out, ready to use it.

"Hey! We should take her to the boss!" The guy behind him stated.

"No, you're going to die bitch!" The guy janked her arm harder, but before he could stab her Brooke kicked her knee up, hitting him in the gut to make him drop the knife and his grip on her. She sent another good punch at his jaw to cause him to fall down before she ran.

She didn't get far before the third guard from the other way stopped her. "Hey!" He narrowed his eyes and grabbed her with both his hands this time.

"Let me go!" Brooke yelled, trying to kick him but this guys was more prepare for her resisting.

Guy nr 2 helped the blue eyed guy back onto his feet. "I'm fine!" The guy snapped, bending down to pick his knife up. "Hold her!" He told guy 3 and the trooper turned Brooke towards the man, who now had a bruice on his cheek as well. Didn't matter. He came right at her with a knife. Brooke was unarmed cause she didn't have her back pack, it had been taken from her by them.

Just as she thought she was about to die she remembered the touch of the blue eyed man. He was gifted. Not a great gift. Just anger management was hightened. Without really thinking about it, but it still happened. The guy who ran at her turned, and yelled jumping guy nr 2 and stabbing him down instead.

"Woah! What are you doing!?!" The man who held Brooke let go to grab his rifle but it was too late before the blue eyed man ran and tackled him down next.

Next think Brooke knew she had been thinking fast, getting dead guy nr 2s weapon and shooting the blue eyed man. Now she was standing in the middle of the mess. What just happened. Was she the one who affected the blue eyed man?


"I'm thinking," Dick admitted. He saw Wally arched an eyebrow. "Listen, I didn't want to worry the others, especially not Sam, but something does seem different about Kaldur. Don't you agree?" He didn't get to hear an answer before they heard shooting.

"We did," Wally said, his eyes narrowing. "I'll go check it out." He then ran towards the sound the of the gunfire to find Brooke in the middle of the whole thing. Or whatever just happened. Two guys were dead on the floor and the other one holding a gun. "Brooke! Are you okay?" he asked, wondering what just happened.

Jackie, who had been on her way to show the picture she found, stopped at the end of the hallway when she heard the guns going off and then saw Wally. Right after that came Kaldur and about five other guys, all cocked and loaded for a fight.

"What the hell happened here?" Kaldur demanded to know, stepping inside and seeing his men on the floor. He automatically looked at Brooke who looked just as confused and alarmed.

Brooke droppe the rifle she borrowed. Great. Now she looked guilty for all 3 of his mens death's. "He tried to kill me!" Brooke stated, geaturing to the man with a blue eye. "But I supose you wouldn't be suprised considering that's how you deal with people outside your circle!" She snapped at Kaldur.


Dick exchanged a look with sam before he nodded. "Let's go."

Kaldur just kept his eyes narrowed. "Lock her up," he ordered. Two of his men came into the room and grabbed Brooke by her arms.

"Hey! Kal! Let her go!" Wally told his friend, looking up with a growl.

"I suggest you stay quiet, Wally unless you'd like to join her?" Kaldur gave a hard glare to his old teammate and Wally could see something in the Atlantean's eyes. Something hard, crude, and...almost malevolent.

Brooke? Jackie saw her being dragged out by two of Kaldur's men.

"And while you're at it, why don't you tell your" friends" about the crazie you keep locked in these boxes!" Brooke shouted back over the room as she got dragged from there. She did not appreciate people's hands on her. Especially taking her away to lock her up. Again.


" No idea," Dick admitted to his half brother before the three of them all got to a very crowded room. It was hard to make sense of it all. Kaldur dead men. Wally and Kaldur...

"A Crazie? Kaldur, do you have-" Wally began before Kaldur shut the door with a slam.

"We do not have to explain anything to any of you. I'm allowing you all to be here because you, Wally, and you, Dick, are my friends. I want to keep it that way, so no one goes anywhere that is locked. Understood?" Kaldur said in his cool, yet very menacing voice.

Wally just glared at him then. He was really losing his patience with him. "Fine."
