Casey stopped what she was doing the moment she heard the Zeta Tubes computer.
She looked back and saw Nightwing walking in the living room.

She smiled sadly, glad to see him there. But she could tell that, of course, he was hurting even worse than the others. The way he walked, the way he didn't even look at her, or around the place. She knew him enough to tell, without even having to see his face.

At times like those, she really wished her powers could heal people with those kinds of wounds.

Slowly, she walked up to him, but didn't get too close, not wanting to bother or startle him.
"Hey" she greeted him with a soft voice, trying to show him a small smile.

Dick turned, noticing Casey first now. It was good to see her. "Oh, hi. I didn't see you," He admitted, giving her a small smile.

"Fine. I'll give him a call," Bart agreed. Well he lied. He wasn't actually planning on asking, he could just lie and say they had his approval. Or do it anyway.

"Uh-huh. Go ahead," Cisco told him, crossing his arms.

Zoe frowned and she dragged Bart out of the lab. "Are you really sure about this, Bart?" she whispered, not wanting to lose him, too.

Casey was happy to see is face lit up, even if slightly.
"How... how are you holding up?" she asked. She was really worried about him, but she felt like there wasn't much she could do.
She walked a bit closer to him, trying to read his expression a bit better.

"I'm not really sure about anything other than I have to try," Bart said. "Zoe, you know I do." He gripped her arms firmly, looking into her eyes.

"Lousy, to be honest," Dick admitted, looking away. He met her eyes as she walked up to him. He was worried, about his choice in not telling his sister and he was also still grieving. "Have you seen Wally's phone? I came to get it." That was all he said. She didn't need to know why.

Zoe looked at him and saw that his eyes were serious. He was really serious about doing all of this and he knew why he had to do it. After a couple of silent seconds, she caved. "Alright. Alright, fine, but we take every single safety caution, okay?"

"I already expected you'd say that," Bart said, giving her a small smile. He knew she cared and he didn't want to worry her, or any of them. But in the end they all knew what risk he would be taking.

Casey couldn't help but frown a bit.
"Uh... yeah, i think i saw it there" she said, pointing at the kitchen. "Over the fridge" she added, remembering she noticed it when she was cooking the day before.
She stayed quiet for a moment.
"You... need it?" she finally asked, feeling a bit curious about this. He just showed up for that?
She knew people grieved in different ways, but this was a bit odd, and she couldn't just stay quiet about it.

"Alright, well...lets go," Zoe said, going back inside the lab with him. When they walked in, they saw Cisco and Caitlin standing there. They were both too smart to know that they lied about them calling Barry, but Cisco held up a hand and said, "Alright, lets skip the part where you guys fake called Barry and got his fake approval. Bart, get changed while Caitlin gets the ingredients to this crazy soup we're making."

Caitlin walked over to them and placed their hands on their shoulders. "We talked about it and we know there was no outcome where you wouldn't go along with the plan. So we're going to do this, but I'm gonna try and convince you otherwise through the whole thing."

"Caitlin, I'm sure," Bart insisted. But glad they agreed on doing it.

"Yeah,.. he had some photos in there he'd probably want me to save," Dick lied, walking over to grab it. He unlocked it since Wally nver had lock on his phone. One missed call from Ana. He sighed.
